   I can get behind that and it might help to stop all the flights and   
   travel outside TEXAS from getting into TEXAS.   
      
   That will mean you have to close the Southern Border, and while you are   
   at it maybe you should gather up the NON Americans that are "visiting"   
   and escort them all home or at least check them for Ebola and finger   
   print them and escort them to a point where they can leave the country.   
      
   Do it for their own Safety...
