   Why was it a doctor in NYC that had Ebola and ran all over town exposing

   Maybe if Obama enforced the border laws the health care system would be   
   able to work more efficiently?   
      
   Could be they are the best in the Nation but considering their unique   
   border problems they are burdened with supplying South American health   
   care also.  And perhaps you need to classify Texas as the   
   *BEST HEALTH CARE IN LATIN AMERICA* rather than near the bottom in NORTH   
   AMERICA.
