   What laws do you enforce?   If you enforce laws then, you have to do it

   That is clearly directed at the government and NOT WE THE PEOPLE.  There   
   is no power to stop you from limiting people from your property be that   
   property used for business or your home or your week end party or prayer   
   service or any other purpose other than GOVERNMENT.
