You only believe irrationally that there is. You're a       > fool.       >              NO I believe that if they can pass ObamaCare that taxes you for NOT       buying insurance and levies a penalty for Violating that tax law....       then they can also tax you for NOT praying. Because they can penalize       you for NOT having and buying into a tax that pays for contraception.              You don't seem to grasp the concept used to create ObamaCare and how it       is used to tax people that believe in the baby in the uterus being alive       and having a SOUL. And if they can tax that religious tenet with       ObamaCare then they can also tax you for NOT praying. It's all the       same. It's just a tax on everyone for NOT doing something. And NOT doing       something is always the same it has NOTHING to do with *"what"* you are       NOT doing it's the inactivity that's being taxed. SO be it buying       insurance or praying it's the same activity of NOT doing it that's       taxed. If I'm NOT buying a car you can be taxed and why is NOT buying       insurance the only "NOT doing" that you think can be taxed.              If you're NOT married you're taxed more. If you're NOT buying a house       you're taxed more.              SO if you're NOT praying 5 times a day you can be taxed more and you get       no tax credit.                     >>       >> The constitution didn't place secular or any Atheist religions rights       >> above the rights of any other Theist religions RIGHTS.       >       > It sure didn't. For one thing, there's no such thing as a secular or       > "Atheist" [sic] religion.              What God does Taoism believe in...              When you have that tell me if they are Atheists or Theists and what       Religion they are or are *NOT* in?              You are defending an interpretation and an Ideology that says you need       to pass the bill to know what's in the bill.              Any Tax law like ObamaCare can be passed that says you can be taxed for       NOT doing something.              In fact "Obama could add it into ObamaCare" without ever getting any       congressional votes on it. It might be added to ObamaCare tax that you       need to pray 5 times a day or pay a larger 3% penalty. Obama postponed       the law and it's a tax law (so Obama postponed a tax) and we know all       tax laws "and their changes" must BEGIN in the house of representatives.       Obama's changes didn't do that.              Obama says he doesn't need congress to change ObamaCare.              SO what exactly is stopping a change that says you have to pray 5 times       a day or pay a higher tax/penalty?                     --        *Rumination*       #41 - You have to pass the bill to find out what's in the bill. -Pelosi/ism-              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
