You can't prove your position and       a lack of belief would indicate you have no opinion and yet you seem to       have a strong opinion and some "Atheists" even go to great lengths in       law suits to try to force others to agree with their belief and NOT       their lack of belief.              Were it a lack of belief then you wouldn't be offended or bothered by       the presence of others that believe differently than you. Your need to       reject their belief and replace it with your own says that you have a       belief and NOT a lack of it.              I'll discuss political stuff all day but religion isn't really of any       interest to me and you can claim there's a God or isn't and about all I       will do is become the Devil's advocate to see if you believe one way or       the other and truly I don't care and have no dog in the fight.                     Atheism is the opposite of Theism, Atheists believe there is NO God.       Agnostics have no clue as to whether there is or is NOT a God and really       don't care which way it goes because they won't change their life       regardless. Religious symbols don't bother Agnostics like they do       Atheists. It's NOT an affront to their belief since they have no belief       to impune but Atheists that have a belief that there is no God seem to       get all excited over religious symbolism.                     If Atheists had no belief then they'd simply ignore religious symbols as       if they were just more fiction writing and art. What library doesn't       have some fiction and what museum doesn't have some religious art?       They're all public buildings. Just get over it.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
