   Call it *Stockholm Syndrome* if you like but when the enslaved or   
   kidnapped feel their captor is their best friend, it all ends up the   
   same. In the Islamic State it means they cut your head off, and in   
   America you get promised anything including ObamaCare lies to get your   
   vote and then they throw you to the curb.
