   You are as dumb as you sound. What led up to the NEED FOR AFFIRMATIVE   
   ACTION was their war on women.  If the ObamaRegime had been fair up to   
   that point *they wouldn't feel the need to discriminate* against the Men   
   in the work place.  This is workplace discrimination... imagine if they   
   had selected all white men for the questions.  That's like selecting all   
   white men for work promotions isn't it.  And that's got to be   
   discrimination in the workplace.   
      
   Sounds like Orwellian newspeak to me.   
      
   It's Orwellian alright... but not the speak the actions where they   
   discriminate against men and say that it isn't discrimination but that   
   it actually makes things fair. Of course if you tell them they've been   
   discriminating against women they'll say they haven't been because   
   they're Liberals and Liberals don't Discriminate.   
      
      
   SO why are they using Affirmative Action to fix what isn't broken?   
   Either they have been discriminating against women for the last 6 years   
   *OR* they themselves are discriminating against men on that one work day   
   by pulling this propaganda stunt that was for political gain.   
      
   It reaffirms that Liberalism is inherently racist/sexist.  Liberals look   
   for and find racism/sexism even when there isn't any. Or they are now   
   admitting they themselves have been racists/sexist for the last six years.
