   Speaking of that since 1941 not only doesn't the power to create a   
   Federal minimum wage exist but.... Obama said in his Christmas vacation   
   speech that normalizing relations with Cuba was the right thing to do   
   because we have had sanctions on them for 50 years and it hasn't fixed   
   the problem.   
      
   WILL SOMEONE TELL Obama we've had a *war on poverty* for over 50 years   
   and it hasn't fixed poverty and in fact we have more people on food   
   stamps today....   
      
   Why did Obama end Cuba sanctions policy but then NOT also end welfare   
   policy?
