   > eminent domain.

eminent domain requires payment of the value of the property to the owner.

When government spend someone else's money they're taking it from them
and are thereby confiscating their property.

To do that government has to then repay that loss to them. SO government
spending my money with eminent domain and minimum wage means they have
to pay for the value they are stealing from me.

SO when you set a minimum wage and call it eminent domain you are
constitutionally required to pay the people you are confiscating
property from for that property, even if it's cash or machinery or Obama
confiscating GM from it's owners that ran it broke. Obama was
constitutionally forced to pay for what he confiscated but he never did.

Obama is a common thief and fraudster.

   > Why do we need to wait for a war before the government hires
   > people for the war effort?

Federal Government its self can hire them to dig holes and fill them
back in if that's what they decide to do and pay them what they want,
they just can't tell me what I have to pay them when I hire them to dig
   a hole for me.
