   The cigarette man in NYC was selling loose cigarettes and that makes him   
   an *UNDOCUMENTED* *businessman* .   
      
   Why did the Liberal politicians go after an Undocumented salesman like   
   that when they refuse to go after UNDOCUMENTED border jumpers? Why do   
   illegal Alien laws get ignored but they wouldn't ignore this retail tax   
   law?   
      
   That's unequal treatment and and all people that are undocumented street   
   vendors should get a pass like those undocumented alien border jumpers   
   that were illegal in the past but since NOT having documents is NO   
   longer illegal then the street venders with NO DOCUMENTS are no longer   
   illegal either.
