   This is coercion raining down from the top to get the Cities and States   
   police in line to quit enforcing laws on blacks.  They already did stop   
   Federal enforcement with that DREAMER shit and that Obama Executive   
   Order and the Arizona Law suit says that no State or Local police can   
   enforce any laws against Latinos unless Obama says it's OK.   
      
   The blacks deserve monetary and political and Affirmative Action law   
   enforcement also, to balance out how unfair it was 200 years ago. That   
   means laws are enforced ONLY on the others while no laws can be enforced   
   on blacks that Obama/Holder doesn't specifically OK.   
      
      
   SO the Obama-Marxists have special protections/exemptions in place for   
   Latinos and they are working on them for Blacks to secure their solid   
   base with those voting blocks by offering them "get out of jail free   
   cards"  at the border and the Welfare office.   
      
      
   NO blacks or Latinos will need any Documentation of any kind from this   
   week forward.  Because that might cause riots and burning cities. And   
   the plan is to get Americans to want police to NO longer require   
   documentation from the Democrats main support demographics (Blacks and   
   Latinos), while the IRS and all other agencies go after White   
   Republicans for any documentation violations they can conjure from the   
   NSA snooping and EPA and ObamaCare regulations they can?
