When were BitCoins made illegal for transactions in any State in the U.S.?

If they're *NOT illegal* why would they pass a law saying they are
legal, that's totally *upside-down government* where the government
thinks they make things legal.... That defies American freedom and
puts Communist or totalitarian style of government in place.

It's even unconstitutional since it isn't a republican form of
government, it's a totalitarian form of government and Article 4 Section
4 of the constitution says the Feds will provide a Republican form of
   government.

The fact is if there isn't a law against it then it's already legal.
This is a Liberal attempt to make a law for *EVERYTHING* what we can and
can't do and that's NOT constitutional.
