They infringe on our right to       keep and bear arms.              You have no "right" to shoot anyone under the second amendment but you       do have the right to keep and bear the firearm.              And if the Sate quits enforcing the Federal law, then the Feds have to       hire a team of police to come in and enforce that law. There aren't       enough Federal police and it's NOT efficient to have Feds sitting around       enforcing a hand full of Federal laws. They couldn't put a dent in the       crime and they are outsiders NOT locals.              Without State/local "cooperation" the Feds can't possibly enforce the       laws. The Feds don't have the manpower, and the States have already       done it with Marijuana where they ignored the unconstitutional Federal       drug laws.                     It's called States Rights. And if the constitution didn't delegate the       power to make drug laws or gun laws to the Feds then the States have       that power unless that is denied to them BY THE CONSTITUTION.                     And I seen no power delegated for the Federal Government to make Drugs       or Gun laws in the constitution. They have been living a lie like living       in the MATRIX where everything is an illusion.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
