   NO confusion, but you seem confused as to what Obama's NEW HOPE and   
   CHANGE has created, we're in a brave new world where 47 million people   
   are on Food Stamps... or EBT cards if that's your name for it today.   
      
   That's about 15%-20% of the total population. We changed the entire   
   HEALTH CARE industry over to OBAMACARE for fewer people than that 47   
   million Food Stamp people. Macy's needs to adapt and if that means   
   selling snacks and foods to get some of that market share with EBT cards   
   then they better go for it since those Food Stamp numbers will just grow
