   Wasn't it the TEA PARTY that wanted to limit government size and powers   
   to keep them with the context of the constitution?   
      
   Ironic isn't it.... that the blacks say they're the victims of an all   
   powerful government's police system that's run largely by Liberals in   
   Liberal cities and homogenized tactics promoted by the Liberals in the   
   Federal Government?
