   Obama uses drones and a camera to target whole buildings....   
      
   Obama personally picks targets.  And Obama sets the rules of engagement   
   for the SNIPERS that use rifles that Liberals and Socialists like   
   Michael Moore are spitting on.   
      
   Obama set one rule of engagement that say our soldiers can't shoot   
   anyone unless they have a gun in their hand.   
      
      
   Obama is responsible for everyone the snipers shoot.
