   No jurisdiction over NON commerce and the idiot that found ObamaCare   
   constitutional, wrote that in his ruling.....   
      
   Justice Roberts found that NON commerce was NOT commerce in the courts   
   decision on ObamaCare, that's why they made ObamaCare a tax while it was   
   in the hands of the supreme court.   
      
   That said, it means that NON commerce of limiting your customers by   
   declaring them non customers means they are NOT involved in commerce   
   with you.   
      
   That means the Federal Jurisdiction does  NOT exist.
