You ignore the       latest ruling by Justice Roberts on Commerce and that ruling was in       ObamaCare "being a Commerce law" and it limited the Commerce clause when       they rejected that clause as having "delegated power" over a NON       commerce activity. (like NOT buying health insurance)              No jurisdiction over "NON commerce" and the idiot "Justice Roberts" that       found ObamaCare constitutional wrote that in his ruling to explain why       ObamaCare is a tax law *NOT a commerce law* .              Justice Roberts found that *NOT BUYING* was NOT commerce in the courts       decision on ObamaCare, that's why *they made ObamaCare a tax* while it       was in the hands of the supreme court.              That said, it means that NON commerce of limiting your customers by       declaring them non customers means they are NOT and never were involved       in commerce with you.              That means the *Federal Jurisdiction does NOT exist* under the commerce       clause, to allow any commerce laws to stop private business discrimination.              That kills the Federal Fair Housing Act also.... It may have killed the       ACORN style law suits against private mortgage companies under the (CRA)       Community Reinvestment Act.              OOOops the Supreme Court has fucked the Liberals.                     )              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
