   It takes a good medical system and the citizens need to be earning a lot   
   of money they can keep rather then pay in taxes.... in order to afford   
   new livers.   
      
   But it might be all the gays transmitting Hep-C which destroys the   
   Liver... either way it's proving that Liberalism is self destructive and   
   that when Liberalism takes over it kills more of it's own people.   
      
   A little Liberalism like a little alcohol, can be a good thing but when
