   Does this also mean that the federal government can't ban you from   
   growing your own Marijuana since they use the commerce law to try to ban   
   marijuana.... As long as you are NOT selling it you have NOT engaged in   
   commerce and so there can't be a federal law against growing and using   
   your own marijuana.   
      
   That also means possession can't be a crime if you grew it.
