The business paid for it when they bought the business, the area it is
in and the price are directly connected. The price and infrastructure
are what the business is and it paid for and created the infrastructure
like it's parking lot that it owns and the quality of it's building that
it maintains. That is also linked to the taxes it pays.

The cost you pay to buy the business is reflected in the amount the
business has already invested in all that. A farm may have been there
100 years and the original road made by the farmer taking his product to
market in town.... that road access and that water and all that the
farm is, is in the price you pay for it today when you go buy it. So
when you buy the farm, you pay for all that infrastructure that the
farmer built even if the government took it over and claims it as theirs.

I worked building apartments and my company that built the apartments
was only allowed to build the apartments if we also built the road,
sidewalks sewer lines etc. leading up to our parking LOT and the end of
the property. I know I was Quality control as the contractor/supervisor
   on the Job.

That wasn't government that built the access, that was the private land
owner that built it. We built the curb and side walks too. We installed
a sewage lift station.... We put the asphalt down.

Government didn't build that.... And in fact the property owner paid for
it so it became part of the cost of the business who did pay for it.

It sure is funny to see Liberals that have never been in business and
don't know shit about economics try to explain how business works and
how government is the only thing that makes business possible and how
   government pays for everything.
