   The best we could hope is that the CIA would tell the terrorists, their   
   pals will be sent to Jordan to be transported over the Islamic State by   
   the Jordanians at 1200 hours and if our people are not already released,   
   theirs will be sent home without the optional parachute, if our people   
   have been released then the terrorists will have a parachute when they jump.   
      
   Then target the ISIS leaders house with the release... Parachutes or NOT.   
      
   Always drop them on the leaders house.
