   You can't have a country club that refuses blacks or women, so how can   
   you crate a PUBLICLY OFFERED MARRIAGE that won't accept a woman? A gay   
   marriage is violating the rights of women and a Lesbian marriage is   
   violating the rights of men.... Like all public schools and other public   
   entities, a government marriage can't exclude people by gender and it be   
   limited to just male or just female.  That means it has to be open to   
   anyone that wants in and it has to contain all genders and all races or   
   it's violating the civil rights of all the people that are being   
   excluded,  like a store where everyone can buy a wedding cake and you   
   can't turn anyone away the marriage is also a public license to engage   
   in a public entity called marriage. If government runs it like it does   
   commerce than it has to meet the 14th amendment criteria which Liberals   
   say is that each licensed marriage can't exclude people like each   
   licensed bakery can't exclude anyone.   
      
   You can't have it both ways you claim marriage is public so it has to be   
   equal and yet you want to make marriage so that it discriminates against   
   one gender or the other.  As I said you have to have more than one   
   gender in a marriage to abide by the Liberal Judges idea that a public   
   license or public marriage from the government can exclude one gender or   
   the other.  A marriage would have to be one man and one woman or a   
   polygamy of more than two people and one of the people has to be of the   
   opposite gender from the others. Which means as a publicly offered   
   polygamy it can't be closed or it would be discriminating. It's like a   
   Bakery because it's under Government control and has to serve any person   
   that wants to enter the marriage.  Basically a marriage is akin to   
   opening a business as it's a government *REGULATED* entity like a business.   
      
   And we know that GOVERNMENT Regulation means it must be equal and can't   
   just serve gays or just serve Lesbians.
