   Rangel was head of the committee that writes tax code and he failed to   
   pay his taxes, the irony there is that Rangel would have basically   
   committed suicide had your "death penalty" been enacted.   Rangel would   
   have put forth the tax that he ignored and had himself put to death.   
      
   Since you didn't see the humor in it I expect you didn't understand who   
   Charlie Rangel is.
