   Been 50 years of redistribution from the rich to the poor, and yes I   
   agree it has failed so it's time to go back like Obama did with the Cuba   
   policy he said has failed for 50 years...  if it's a reason to change   
   policy 180 degrees then do it in the Redistribution, welfare, economic   
   embargo on wealth, policies that Democrats have imposed on America.   
      
      
   It's NOT the first time Liberalism has failed.  It actually fails every
