   They taxed their people and told them that it would pay for an education   
   then they stole the money and the people get no education, they elected   
   the politicians "NOT me" so let them fix their problem by electing   
   something other than the thieving Democrats or let them enjoy their   
   Democrat run State, either way it's NOT my problem (or my fault) that   
   they're too stupid to elect politicians that will give them better schools.   
      
   That amounts to taxation without Representation. I am taxed and the   
   money is then sent into a State by politicians where "I" have ZERO   
   representation and that is against the spirit of the constitution, which   
   is to allow each person and to be represented when taxed and when the   
   taxes are spent. Which is why the House of Representatives is determined   
   by population and it's also where all Federal taxes must begin.  By   
   taxing me and then allowing others to elect those that spend it, I'm   
   losing my ability to have a say in how it's spent (I can't vote in   
   California) and so the thieving Democrats in California will be spending   
   my money that they didn't tax Californians and they spent on union   
   teachers that I can't vote to replace....   
      
   It's the reason we have separation between the government jurisdiction,   
   and there is NO delegated power for congress to give money to the   
   States. It doesn't exist. If there is such a power delegated in the   
   constitution then show it to me.   
      
   Maybe they should pay their teachers and State employees less and give   
   them a leaner retirement package. Maybe they should quit being a   
   SANCTUARY state where they let illegals have all those benefits and   
   enjoy the good life that they don't pay for.   
      
   Even if it were a Federal tax I would still avoid it.  I'll cut   
   something else I do that is taxed federally.  To cause the Federal   
   government to abandon their violation of the constitution.   
      
   I hope Obama moves to California in time for it to go bankrupt. It would   
   be poetic Justice to see the head Socialist/Marxist living in one of the   
   most Socialist States when it collapses.
