   What gender is gay?  Male is a gender and female is a gender but gay

   You have a male person and a female person, but there is NO gay person,   
   there is gay sex....  so gay is a type of sexual encounter and so is   
   incest and Polygamy.

   monogamous relationship, and there doesn't have to be more than two in   
   the Nation for them to have the same rights as gays under the 14th   
   amendment.   
      
   Remember the 14th Amendment says all persons, not just those in   
   government approved sexual encounters.   
      
   So all persons means NOT just gays.
