   Makes sense to have the poor run to BLUE STATES where they can get all   
   the welfare and food stamps and ObamaCare.... and then to attract the   
   wealthy with tax breaks since they don't need $40,000 a year in welfare   
   and food stamps.  So they cut the tax burden by at least $80,000 every   
   time they trade in a poor person for a wealthy one.   
      
   They are taking advantage of the Socialist system you created. That's   
   what people do.  They work the system, you're just upset that they're   
   better at it than you are.   
      
      
   I noticed New York that Progressive-Socialist bastion of taxation was   
   offering NO TAX for 10 years for companies that move to NY.  While   
   raising taxes on the average Joe.   
      
   Those Blue States sure know how to screw the poor....  they widen the   
   gap between the rich and poor and they use taxes to do it.
