   By having marijuana legalized you can be pretty sure they won't risk   
   their money making business to sell a little Cocaine or Heroin on the   
   side.  So like Alcohol the Marijuana will take a larger market share   
   than it has now and the hard stuff would be pushed to the back of the list.   
      
   Like Alcohol today doesn't cause people to buy Heroin and they don't   
   usually risk their legal business and it actually allows people an   
   outlet for their urge to party without offering any  "illegal" hard core   
   drugs.
