   Men use urinals Women don't, that is a gender specific bathroom fixture.   
      
   Do gays have specific needs and why would they use a men's or women's   
   bathroom when they are a different gender?  If there are different   
   facilities for each gender then gays need their gender specific toilets   
   so they aren't forced to use a men's or women's toilet.   
      
   It's only fair that gays be made to abide by any gender rules that   
   exist, if they're a gender.  Declare it on the Drivers license because   
   we don't want dirty old men in little girls bathrooms with them and we   
   don't want gay in bathrooms will little boys. It violates the child's   
   rights to force them to have to use the same facilities as their   
   predators use.
