   The FCC is violating it's own regulation that the Public's interest be   
   served by mass communication... The FCC should have published the   
   regulations prior to any actions (it's in the public's interest to have   
   the information) why don't they regulate where you can buy a news paper   
   while they are at it because they have now taken over your access to   
   thousands of newspaper publications that are distributed by the internet   
   which is NOT a government owned entity.   
      
   I am the internet and you are the internet, so they are regulating   
   private property NOT government property.... If they want the FCC to   
   regulate the Federal government internet connections then I'm all for it   
   but they have no business interfering with my newspaper and how or where   
   I read it.
