   If Obama were following the constitution and informing and consulting   
   with the senate on the treaties he was negotiating, maybe the Senate   
   wouldn't send letters to the people in the treaty. But as sure as Obama   
   has a constitutional power to negotiate a treaty the Senate has a right   
   to consent to the treaty. And in lieu of Obama informing them they have   
   the power to independently write letters. It was a great idea to use   
   that power to remind Obama that going around the congress and Senate is   
   NOT a free ride, it costs Obama something when he ignores the   
   constitution. I can finally say to the Republicans in the senate that   
   they did something right. Now keep it up.   
      
   Obama created this situation for himself by governing against the will   
   of the people and trying to force/mandate America to do what he says   
   rather than creating a consensus. Kind of ironic isn't it....?   
      
   The Senate needs to Stop Obama at every turn on every policy. No new   
   wars no new treaties no new laws or mandates.
