   The reason the value is up is people are holding their dollars, the   
   velocity of the dollar is low (way low).... Which means people are   
   expecting that they're in or will be in a depression where dollars   
   become hard to get and more valuable.   
      
   Hardly paints the same picture of confidence that Obama and the Liberal   
   media have tried to sell us all on.   
      
   If we are all so positive on the economy why is the Money velocity lower   
   than it has been in 50 years?
