   Excuse me but odd would be if Barack Obama became Bertha Obama in a sex   
   change and then Michelle decided to become a man (again) and became   
   Michael Obama so the first couple switched gender identities and maybe   
   even names and so they are still Barack and Michelle but the skinny dumb   
   one becomes Michelle with the tits for the next 8 years....   
      
   Maybe they can re-use the male parts to transplant them for Michelle to   
   become the new Barack and then the old Barack who will be Michelle will   
   become the President.  At any rate, it would still be the skinny dumb   
   one that would be President.   
      
   The trick will be getting the government to pay for it all so they don't   
   have any out of pocket costs for the pecker implant. And the bonus is   
   that Having Obama with tits will be just like having Hillary as   
   President.  Sort of that two for one thing that Hillary liked so much
