A court can't prove the sexual preference so the term gay would be
prohibited from the courts until it can be defined like the genders of
male and female are defined for sexual discrimination.

NOT for Jews since all religions are protected and Atheism is a
religion. Agnostics are NOT a religion but they don't disbelieve they
just don't believe either and as they are NOT individually denying
religion they deserve the protection.
The difference is that gays have special rights and Jews get the same
rights as all other religions... it's the same with Affirmative Action
*SPECIAL* *RIGHTS* where one race gets special rights, they would be
like gays and need to prove their racial DNA to the court and if they
have any white then they should NOT be eligible for any Affirmative
Action special treatment.
Just because someone says they are something "special" is irrelevant in
court without the evidence to prove the statement is true.
