   Does that mean that when a black criminal is shot dead, it's the fault   
   of the criminal and NOT the government who created and managed the police?   
      
   That would be the same as saying the government that made all that money   
   available to theft and manages it, has no responsibility to keep all   
   that money out of the hands of the thieves and safely where tax   
   payers(voters) intend that it end up.   
      
      
   If government isn't responsible for the money or the deaths of those   
   young blacks, why do you insist on blaming government and their police   
   departments for the deaths?   
      
   Judging by past Liberal actions with the money being stolen and you   
   simply vote to spend more than we should hire more white cops and make   
   them carry two guns shouldn't we?
