   The percentage of Americans that work for a living has steadily   
   declined, how can unemployment be declining when the number of Americans   
   actually in the work force is declining?  The number of small businesses   
   has also declined.

   Looks to me that 3% of the population of the United States has become   
   unemployed since 2008.   
      
   3% of 340,000,000 or about 10 Million people that had jobs in 2008  are   
   still NOT working and yet they had jobs in 2008.  Why do they have NO   
   jobs in 2015.... 7 years later?
