   Didn't I tell you that Liberals would want the rest of us to pay for   
   their water after they spent all their money on a bullet train that goes   
   nowhere at 200mph.   
      
      
   That was an easy call....   
      
      
   SO rather than starting a series of projects for Solar distillation   
   along the ocean or where the shortage is acute, where it makes sense,   
   they want a huge Federal Clusterfuck waste of money like the $500   
   Million dollar train that goes nowhere.   
      
   If California wants the money, they should be able to supply the money.   
   Look how well the Liberals say the California economy is doing.  This   
   little desalinization project should be easy for such a large and   
   successfully recovered State economy to do.
