   Legalize weed.....

Colorado and California see the reality and profit in open market
   capitalism.

The money will quit going to Drug Cartels and start going into Georgia's
economy rather than into an underground economy so their regular tax
revenues will rise and they can get tax dollars from all that weed also.
What better way to pay for Oxycontin Pharmaceutical drug rehab for
people than with the tax on weed.

Also the federal government has no power to ban weed, they can only
"regulate interstate commerce" so what Georgia does is of NO concern to
the Feds. If the Feds could ban it then they could drive all production
offshore and control the money from it by supporting or becoming the
Drug Lord and smuggle the weed into the U.S. to bleed the money of
states that they want to control. It's like the FBI destroyed Al Capone
in a turf war. Because Al Capone was the competition for the profits the
   Politicians wanted for themselves.

It would be used as a way to wage economic war on the States that don't
support the Federal policies. And that would be unconstitutional.
