   Commerce is assembling.  There is a right to do that on Private property   
   as well and on government property the government is required to treat   
   all people equal....  but there is no such constitutional requirement   
   for WE THE PEOPLE.  The 14th amendment is directly targeting the   
   government NOT the people following government laws.   
      
      
   SO as you see we already have a "special right to discriminate" as we   
   van simply not invite some people into our privately owned businesses.   
   It's already the law of the land. Congress and the courts are ignoring   
   the constitution. Since the gays brought it to light with their   
   unwarranted demands it's time to change thing so that they can't abuse   
   the constitution as was done with the racial laws that are just more Jim   
   Crow laws that force business to accept people they don't want as   
   opposed to the government old JIM CROW laws that forced businesses to   
   turn people they did want away from the business.   
      
   You see that the 14th that was used to end Jim Crow laws was NOT used   
   against WE THE PEOPLE but against the State government, because that's   
   what is says... that government can't discriminate, it has nothing to do   
   with WE THE PEOPLE other than it protects us from our GOVERNMENT, not   
   each other.
