   Being as ObamaCare is fractional slavery yes All Slavery still needs to   
   be outlawed.   
      
   and that no human being can ever be owned correct,   
      
   There is the 13th amendment that allows for punishment for a crime which   
   you have been duly convicted of.  In that case it's the government that   
   owns the convict.   
      
   But Government can't own slaves unless they have been duly convicted of   
   a crime, and people can't own people but apparently we can rent them.   
      
    and that the reason for the civil war,   
      
   NOT even close, it was economic and power, other wise why would   
   carpet-baggers and the government have raped and pillaged and left the   
   slaves for dead with no food and no chance to survive after the war with   
   all the infrastructure destroyed?   
      
    and its outcome was righteous?

   It should have happened through the constitutional process.   
      
   It was more of a failure and the outcome was hideous.   
      
   Still in the 1940's the south had very little indoor plumbing.... They   
   were still dirt poor, thanks to the war. States rights were destroyed   
   and the constitution shredded by the war.  Freedom for slaves doesn't   
   mean much if you destroy the freedom they are trying to reach equality in.   
      
   The slave got there (to freedom) just in time to see freedom for   
   everyone being dismantled and the constitution eviscerated.  It's   
   actually very sad.
