The Progressives want women to "fear" being raped like they use fear of
losing Social security to keep the elderly vote in line and the fear of
racism to keep the blacks in line.
It's just how Democrats do business they have to put everyone in fear of
something and then become (by banning the ability to take personal
responsibility) the only solution.
