   The person bringing the Supreme court LAWSUIT has no standing to claim   
   they were discriminated against....   
      
   They can't prove they are gay so they can't prove someone has   
   discriminated against a gay when they aren't able to prove they are gay.   
      
   If I claim sexual discrimination I would have to prove that there was   
   some sexual related discrimination against my sex, if I were racially   
   discriminated against and someone called me a slur used on blacks but   
   I'm white, is that racial discrimination?  Wouldn't I have to prove I'm   
   black if the discrimination was against being black?  How can you commit   
   BLACK discrimination against a white?   
      
   That means the "Gay" person needs to prove they are "a gay" otherwise   
   anyone could be fraudulently claiming to be gay.   And since there is no   
   way to prove that anyone is gay there is NO way to sexually discriminate   
   against a gay. The only way to discriminate against a gay is if "Gay" is   
   a *religion* . And then it's religious discrimination and Christians   
   would be cheering you on to sue for religious freedom. It's just the way
