   You are admitting/saying that Liberalism has failed for the past 23   
   years. I agree and I say Liberalism has failed for the last 50 years and   
   the welfare and the Affirmative Action has created more and different   
   problems and NOT solved the ones Liberals said they would in the 1960's   
   when President Johnson declared war on poverty.  To quote Harry Reid the   
   famous Liberal moron "The War is lost" he was correct except for the   
   fact he was speaking about the wrong war. The war that has been lost was   
   the Liberal war on poverty.
