   Which means that gays rights are being violate by marriage since it bans   
   incest.  SO gays don't want marriage because they want *ALL* their civil   
   rights... the best way is to accept that gay is a religion, and let them   
   create their own rules for their own religion and marriage.

    another way to accomplish that is to carve out a Civil Union that   
   addresses all the gay issues and allows gays to have a separate type of   
   union that bonds a gay couple with the needs of the gays rather than the   
   needs of heterosexuals.
