   I will, When a married couple are married one is the wife and the other   
   the husband and when the husband dies.... many states say that 40% of   
   the property can't be given in the husbands "last Will and testament" to   
   people other than the *WIFE* so which gay is the wife and how is that   
   determined?   
      
   Man and wife are NOT equal and the laws in some states offer the wife   
   the protection of the law to keep their mutual assets by NOT allowing   
   them to be transferred out of the marriage at death to leave a wife   
   destitute.
