   I can vouch for the poor being willing to work(although that doesn't   
   rule out being parasites), it was very strenuous for them when they   
   looted stores in Baltimore.  I saw it on TV and they had to work at   
   getting those doors and windows broken and then carrying all that   
   merchandise....   
      
   You know at $10.00/hr to put that stock on shelves they did hundreds of   
   thousands of dollars in work moving it in a matter of a few hours. I   
   wouldn't call that lazy.   
      
   They managed to get past the best security that the stores could afford   
   so they aren't stupid either....   
      
   It seems the problem is one of character.
