   Mercedes auto manufacturing would cease and tens of thousands of Germans   
   would lose their jobs and a second coming of Hitler would rise from the   
   unions and there would be world war three where 60% of the world   
   population will die.   
      
   So curing all those diseases would lead to even more death and mayhem
