   It's the *Obama effect*   
      
   And it fits with the Gruber Doctrine that is the idea that a lack of   
   transparency and profuse lying can get stupid people to vote against   
   their own interest, and it works so well that Ferguson and Baltimore   
   show that people will vote stupid and then burn down their own   
   neighborhood because they are stupid voters.
