LGBT is as I have said before.... all in their head. It has nothing to
do with Genetics. Even the death certificate can't determine they are
Gay so how can they prove it to get a special Right like being covered
   by a hate crime.

A non gay can't be covered by a gay hate crime law. In other words a
murder of a NON gay can't be prosecuted as a gay hate crime.

Gays can't marry since they can't prove they are Gay. Just as
heterosexuals can't marry just by saying they are heterosexuals they are
   different Genders that can marry.

Sexuality has zero to do with it since Gender is what is being regulated
and the parties can be gay or hetero as long as they are of opposite
genders. So the courts aren't deciding gay rights but rather limiting
Religious rights to limit marriage to opposite genders getting married.
